Halle Berry and some other Hollywood moms are fighting for new laws that will restrict the paparazzi with rules about photographing their kids. Halle says they yell curse words and do all kinds of things to get stars to react. Ben Affleck’s wife, Jennifer Garner says celebrities chose a public life, but their kids are private citizens. They’re sweet and innocent and they shouldn’t have to be exposed to law-breaking photographers who traumatize the kids. It just passed as a state law in California – and now it moves on to the Appropriations Committee.
